After walking through hundreds of parks and meeting tons of great people within the communities, we found that the stereotypes associated with mobile home parks were more often than not, untrue.
We found that due to the misconceptions surrounding most mobile home parks, the communities were not provided adequate financing, or even a fraction of the support that “stick built” homes receive.
We saw that this underserved community would appreciate our focus on Service + Hospitality, the same two principles that guide the businesses of one of our favorite restauranteurs, Danny Meyer.
We realized that we could provide some much-needed clarity for prospective buyers and sellers, with all of the logistics involved in owning a mobile home in California.
It is our belief that selling your home should feel like a victory and buying a new home should be an equally joyous event, with a cushion of support to lean on after the purchase is complete.
