We can open escrow to begin your financing through Hiformer or to finalize the details of your cash purchase of the home.

5. Close escrow and begin making memories in your home.

Frequently Asked Questions About Buying A Mobile Home

Do you take the best offer on a home?
We operate from a first come first serve basis. The first applicant who is park approved and qualified to purchase if using our financing or purchasing by cash.

We offer our homes at or just below park / market rate. No haggle pricing.

Do you accept cash offers?
Yes! Each home is available for an all cash purchase.

Do you work with brokers?
We do. Hiformer is a licensed HCD Dealer / Salesperson(s), but we will work with a buyers agent.

Can we move into a 55+ community if I am 40 and my parent or spouse is 55+?
It all depends on the park. We will introduce you to the park manager to get the answers you need.

Why can't I find a home in my town from Hiformer?
We are currently operating in the California cities of Hemet, Redlands, Riverside, San Jacinto, Yucaipa and those surrounding areas.
